A mission of Covenant Presbyterian Church providing furniture to families exiting homelessness.
The Movin' and Groovin' operation is backlogged and consists of the following limitations:

One Suburban and Trailer
Two 10' x 30' Storage Spaces
Nine hours staffed with volunteers for pickups and deliveries per month
OUR MISSION
Movin' and Groovin' collects gently used, basic furniture and delivers it to families exiting homelessness under the case management of the Foundation for the Homeless, Interfaith Hospitality Network and other select nonprofit organizations.
GENTLY USED FURNITURE NEEDED
Gently used furniture meets the following criteria: no significant stains, tears or pet wear on fabrics; item is not in need of repair. As Paul Mowry would say, "The items should be something you would be willing to give to a good friend."

Mattresses and Bed Frames - Queen, Full & Twin Beds (No King)
Dining Tables & Chairs
Chest of Drawers
Recliners & Living Room Chairs
Table & Floor Lamps
End & Coffee Tables
